Super place, every thing is within walking distance. Staff members are super friendly and useful and talk good English. You will find activities every single night time and it´s a great way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s very small. Good value for the price!

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel at the reception were there at every time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights for holidays to discovering the city. Hotel Kiparis Alfa is found in an extremely central place, it really is thoroughly clean as well as the beds are quite comfortable! There is only one matter I’d propose heading ahead and that is to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Over-all, I was very happy with this place and would definitely suggest it to any one aiming to go to Smolyan.
